"Late delivery and the wrong shade"
My order showed up later than expected, and one of the shades wasn’t even the one I chose. I reached out to support, but it took a few days before anyone got back to me. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it’s frustrating to wait that long and then still end up with the wrong item. Kind of makes you wonder how carefully they’re checking orders before sending them out.

"I used this twice and ended up with..."
I used this twice and ended up with red bumps, so clearly my skin just rejects stuff like this every single time. I wanted it to work, but this was definitely not for me.

"Return process was really frustrating"
I tried to return my order and the whole experience was a mess from the start. I reached out to customer service because I needed help figuring out what to do next, but I never got a clear response, and it felt like I was being ignored. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering again unless their return support improves.

"Good shade match, but took a minute"
I ordered foundation from tartecosmetics.com, and I was happy with the shade options. I usually have a hard time finding something neutral that does not pull too yellow on me, but the one I chose ended up being a close match.

After a few hours, it did look a little darker than when I first put it on, so it was not totally perfect. Still, it was wearable, and shipping was fine. I would give it 4 stars.

I’ve ordered from tartecosmetics.com a few times now, and the thing I keep coming back for is how well the makeup holds up. The concealer and blush stays on through work, running errands, and even those days when I totally forget to touch up.
My skin does get a little oily by the afternoon, but by nighttime it still looks decent. It’s not flawless or anything, but it’s way better than a lot of other stuff I’ve tried. Shipping was normal and easy too, so yeah, 5 stars from me

"Finally, makeup my sensitive skin can handle"
My skin gets red and irritated so easily, so I’m always a little nervous trying new makeup. Before I ordered, I spent time checking the ingredient lists, and I felt better seeing that the formulas looked cleaner than a lot of the products I usually come across.

I ended up trying the foundation and mascara, and both wore really comfortably for me all day. No itching, no strange scent, and I didn’t wake up with any breakouts afterward, which is a big win for my skin. So far, I’m really happy with them.

"Shipping wasn’t very reliable"
I’ve had my order show up late twice now, and the tracking barely updated either time. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to figure out where your package is.

"Good product, but the price has gotten too high"
I’ve liked using this and it does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t say it’s a bad product. But the price has gone up so much that it’s hard to justify now. It used to feel worth it, but at the current cost, I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

"Not really what I was expecting"
I wanted to like this mascara because the colors are really pretty, but it got clumpy quickly and started flaking after just a few hours. Maybe it’s just me, but for the price, I feel like it should’ve lasted better and gone on more smoothly, right?

"Cute packaging, awful applicator"
The packaging looks at first, but what’s the point if the lid cracks and the wand feels super cheap? I was excited to use it, but the applicator just makes the whole thing feel disappointing. Like, can we please make the product actually usable too?
